安心安全で快適な白馬ステイをお楽しみいただくためにお客様と従業員のお約束

【持ち込まない 持ち帰らない】の原則にのっとり、

ご到着、ご出発の際は、アルコールスプレーで手指の消毒をお願いいたします。

滞在中、こまめな手洗いうがい、またお部屋の窓を開けいただき白馬のさわやかな空気を感じながら適度な換気も行ってください。

過度な密を回避するために温泉に利用制限（時間割り）を設けてあります。半貸し切りでプチラグジュアリーな気分でご入浴してください。

少し不便をおかけいたしますが、密になりやすいエレベーターのご利用は極力避け、健康のためにも階段のご利用をお願いいたします。

体調がすぐれない方（咳、くしゃみ、発熱、倦怠感など）はまたの機会に白馬を楽しみましょう。

飛沫感染予防のため、従業員もマスクの着用させていただきます。

館内は、心地よい換気と適度で清潔な清掃を心がけています。

お客様の部屋への入室は控え、連泊中の客室掃除を省かせていただく場合もあります。

As COVID-19 countermeasures and for your pleasant stay at Weisser Hof Happei, we kindly ask you to:

  • Practice good hygiene – please sanitize your hands with alcohol spray at entrance when you arrive and leave.
  • Wash your hands and gargle frequently.
  • Understand that time allocation will be set for Onsen (hot spring) facility in order to minimize the number of persons taking the bath at a same time – please enjoy semi-private bathing time.
  • Use stairways whenever possible to reduce the risk of putting yourself in a populated space.
  • Postpone your planned trip if your health conditions are not good (if you have coughs, sneeze, fever, fatigue.)

And we:

  • Wear masks while serving to avoid droplet transmission.
  • Keep inside the hotel clean with air vented properly.
  • Create spacious atmosphere and keep social distance while serving.
